Every airline in the world has lost or delayed a piece of passenger luggage. All passengers should understand that there is a small chance that their baggage will be mislaid, lost or stolen.
However, it is how airlines such as Jetairfly deals with the lost, misplaced, delayed or stolen luggage that is the biggest issue. The one thing most passengers want is to be reunited with their possessions as quickly as possible. Particularly when they have arrived at their first destination.
However, if they cant get their baggage quickly, passengers expect that an airline will do all they can to retrieve the item, and keep the passenger informed of the search. And it stands to reason that people will want some form of compensation for the loss or delay, if only a small amount to purchase essential items.

I bring my router when traveling to different countries so that my communications (computer, iphone) are compatible. When i received my bag, my router was gone. I came to Amsterdam and sure enough my communications are not compatible with the local router system.I cannot find a phone number anywhere to call them. It would be nice to be able to do something about it.
ReplyDeleteI arrived in Cancun on the 21 of may, and now we are on the 31 of may and still I do not know where my baggage is, no one in the company seems to care. Since I do not have a return ticket to Brussels again here in Cancun they are telling me they cannot even do me any payment for the emergency expenses!! I was supposed to travel around but now I m stacked here not even having any idea where my stuff is and without the minimum help.
ReplyDeleteOn the flight from Antalya-Brussels morning of Aug 2nd, JetAirFly failed to transfer all the luggages of the passengers. reason was probably they wanted to avoid delay over 3 hours so they left Antalya without loading luggages.
ReplyDeletein the Brussel Airport they mis-informed many of us about the online lost and found system just to get rid of passengers and sent us home. since then no news and call was made from their side and there is no news about the lost luggages.
My emails and requests meet with cold, wrong and full of attitude answers.
